Rockstar Games has a winner on their hands in Grand Theft Auto IV, that will surly boost the value of them and Take-Two Interactive as well, because the sales of this property are not going to stop anytime soon but continue on and on through the summer, fall, and even through the 2008 holiday shopping season. This game will continue to influence console game purchasing decisions for months to come.
The questions that console shoppers will be asking themselves when making a console purchase decision is first, "which consoles will Grand theft Auto IV play on", followed by an equally important question, "which consoles do my smart friends who have purchased GTA IV already have so that I can play GTA IV multiplayer mode with as many of them a s possible?" Those will be very important questions to anyone buying a video game console, because many analysists are seeing that of those who are buying consoles, between 40 and 60 percent are buying GTA IV with the console.
