Nintendo of America says to expect massive shortages of its Wii video game console this holiday season. The company simply can't meet the demand.
Reggie Fils-Aime, president of Nintendo of America, says the company sold out of the Wii console worldwide since the launch. Fils-Aime admits that the company isn't even close on understanding where the threshold is between supply and demand.

Fils-Aime says that as they ship product to retailers, they are already backlogged on meeting demand.
Nintendo's stock has more than doubled this year.
