The Sims PC Game Sells 100 Million Copies

The Sims, published by Electronic Arts, Inc., has sold over 100 million copies of its best-selling PC game franchise.

The Sims is the company's best-selling PC video game franchise of all time and is sold in 22 different languages and 60 countries around the world.

Electronic Arts, Inc announced on Wednesday that "The Sims" video game has sold over 100 million copies worldwide since its first game release in 2000.

The PC game has inspired millions of players to tell stories, create characters, explore relationships, live through generations, design fashions, and build homes and design home interiors for their Sims.

The Sims from EA Mobile has seen phenomenal global success, with more than nine million downloads of The Sims games onto people's mobile devices, The Sims is a market leading downloaded game.

If 100 million boxes of The Sims were lined up end-to-end, they would stretch from New York City to Moscow.
