Nintendo Wii owners in the U.S. are soon to see DS games on their Wii.
Nintendo's Reggie Fils-Amie stated in a New York Times interview recently that owners of the Wii in the U.S. will soon be able to download Nintendo DS games for play on their Wii. The new service is said to offer both the complete demos as well as the full games that will be available for download wirelessly by broadband and then transmitted to your Nintendo DS and DS Lite.
Coming soon to Everybody's Nintendo Channel will also be Professor Layton and the Curious Village, which will be the first DS game to receive an update by way of the Wii as several additional puzzles will be released in the future. The game is set to be released in February and it is unclear if this will be released on Everybody's Nintendo Channel.
