It's time for another Microsoft Patch Tuesday and this month there are seven critical flaws receiving Microsoft's attention

Microsoft plans to publish seven security bulletins on Tuesday. All seven updates will address critical issues, Microsoft said. Redmond lumped the bulletins into several groups, two of which affect Windows, three of which affect Office, one of which affects Exchange and a final update which affects Microsoft's CAPICOM and BizTalk Server. This will be another of those patch Tuesdays that will require a computer restart.
Microsoft was sketchy about the patches this month did state that this series pf fixes will include a fix for a DNS vulnerability that affects all versions of Windows 2000 server and also all versions of Windows Server 2003. There will also be an update for all of the DNS issues discussed in <a href="http://mcpmag.com/news/article.asp?EditorialsID=1283" title="Microsoft Security Advisory (935964).">Microsoft Security Advisory (935964).</a>
Microsoft also announced plans to deliver one non-security, high-priority update for Windows by way of Windows Update and Software Update Services, as well as six non-security, high-priority updates by way of Microsoft Update and Windows Server Update Services. Additionally, the company plans to release still another version of its Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool.
