Lindsay Lohan's self-proclaimed sobriety is called into question after she was spotted at a New York City nightclub enjoying several rounds of cocktails during the night.
The actress recently pledged to stay sober after a spell in rehab last year, following two DUI incidents that resulted in a brief stint in jail.
However, Lohan has frequented several New York nightclubs with her DJ friend Samantha Ronson.
The 21-year-old arrived at Times Square's Hawaiian Tropic Zone on Saturday with Ronson, who spun tunes for the club from midnight until 4 AM.
Lohan, meanwhile, sat at a table behind her pal's booth in the second floor V.I.P. section, where she was seen smoking cigarettes, chatting to friends and reportedly sipping Grey Goose vodka and Red Bull cocktails.
Lohan finally emerged from the building at 4:15 AM after Ronson's gig finished. Last weekend, Lohan escorted the DJ to gigs at three different Los Angeles venues.
{slot15}Lohan previously suffered relapses while in Italy on New Year's Eve, and again in New York in January.
After her New Year drinking session, her lawyer Blair Berk said: "After being handed a champagne bottle while on a dance floor in Italy on New Year's Eve and drinking from it, the good news is that Lindsay stopped herself, called her sponsor, and got herself back on track.
While the news must be a blessing for several tabloids, it is most of all a sad one.
