Britney Spears ran a red light at a busy and dangerous intersection (as seen in photo) with her kids in the backseat and a court-appointed monitor hanging onto the passenger window in the front.
It appeared as though she was talking on her cellphone, but now we learn that she was actually paging Kevin Federline's attorney. For what reason, we don't know.
The pop-star who needs to sleep in each morning while missing her drug tests, approached the light slowly on Coldwater Canyon in Los Angeles. Britney then raised her cellphone to speak into it. It is unclear if she's texting or making a call. She then proceeds to drive into the intersection of oncoming traffic as someone outside the car screams, "Red light, red light!" but Britney ignored it and gunned the accelator, managing to miss oncoming cars.
{slot15}Spears is also having issues again with the Los Angeles County Commissioner, Scott Gordon, as he made it clear that he has concerns with her driving. Gordon temporarily revoked her visitation rights the last time because she was driving without a valid California license.
Yesterday, K-Fed's attorney asked the judge to forbid Britney from driving when the kids are in the car. The judge said he'd make a ruling before November 26. The attorney also mentioned that Spears has missed eight drug tests because the lab was unable to reach the number she gave, or she wanted to sleep until noon.
Britney's attorney argued that she's a pop-star, and has different hours than most people which is why she can't get up early in the morning. K-Fed's attorney argued that when the Lab calls Britney at 8:00 AM, she still has 6 hours to respond and make the test. The judge is expected to make a direct ruling on Tuesday.
