Blizzard Entertainment and World of Warcraft have launched its Recruit-a-Friend program.

Blizzard Entertainment, the creator of the World of Warcraft have launched a new Recruit-a-Friend program for WoW. For those who have a friend sign up for 60 days of paid subscription of WoW, you as the recruiter win cool prizes. Namely an exclusive in-game mount called a Zhevra. This is a vicious looking zebra with hornd that could impale any neighborhood monster.

On top of that, the recruiter also earns 30 days of free game time when your friend pays for their first 30 days of game time. Ans yes, there is a little catch also to earning the Zherva, and that is that your friend must have paid for their first 60 days of game time and your character must be level 60 or higher to qualify to ride the Zhevra mount, but that's not unreasonable.

The program doesn't stop there either. When you and your friend are grouped together, you both earn triple the experience points. And for every two levels of XP your friend earns, they can grant one level of XP to any one of your lower characters. And probably the coolest part is that you and your friend will also have the ability to summon each other from any point in the world, once every hour. This link will last for 90 days so take advantage of it as much as you can.

Now this program doesn't stop with just one recruit either. Though you can only receive the mount for your one account, (unless you have a second paid account of course), you can add additional 30 free days to your account. SO of you were to recruit 6 friends to WoW, you would have half your year subscription paid for. And your friends would of course want to start recruiting as well. After all, they aren't going to want to be left out of the fun either. This is a program that you will want to share with all of your friends.

And by the time World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King launches, you are going to be ready to get in and enjoy the new content. And as one who is playing in the press closed beta, I can tell you that you definitely want to start getting ready to take advantage of that WoW goodness right now. It is truly well worth it in every way. So get cracken' gang and I'll cya in there!
