Atari announced today the release of The Witcher Enhanced Edition. The Windows PC game in retailers across North America. Voted the best RPG of 2007 my many sites.

Atari's award-winning RPG of 2007 is being released with new life. The Witcher: Enhanced Edition for Windows PC is being released Wednesday across North America. The Witcher received great reviews especially at GameSHOUT, and was voted the best RPG of 2007 by several sites.
The Witcher: Enhanced edition will retail for $39.99 and is rated "M" for Mature by the ESRB, was developed by CD Projekt RED. The new release boasts of several new enhancements including faster load times, improved combat responsiveness, and greater precision.
{slot15}Additionally the Enhanced Edition will feature two new adventures in the world of Witcher providing gamers with more hours of RPG goodness, new content, and more than 200 more animation sequences. Featuring greater NPC variety, easier to use inventory, and much more. Including a re-worked English script with a great many more voice-over work in both the English and German versions.
Adam Kicinski, CEO of CD Projekt RED said that they listened to the fans comments and the result is the Enhanced Edition. He further added that "The Witcher: Enhanced Edition is truly an experience you won't want to miss, packed with gameplay improvements and additional physical value. We believe that it is definitely the ideal game for fans of PC role-playing."
