Activision announced that the Call of Duty: World at War betas will be held in October in preparation of a worldwide release.

Activision Inc. announced the multiplayer betas of Call of Duty: World at War on the Microsoft Xbox 360 and Windows-based PC set for October. These betas will give gamers an early chance to check out the multiplayer game and hone their skills for the full worldwide release set for November 11, 2008.
{slot15}The new game action will include a new squad system, some fan favorite perks and even kill streaks.
Mark Lamia, Treyarch Studio Head said that they are extremely excited to share a peak of the game with the community. He further added that “The team has worked hard to build upon the great history and foundation of Call of Duty multiplayer and we can’t wait to go online to ramp up for our November launch.”
